Start Strong
Don’t waste time at the beginning of the video. Get to the point. Make sure you’re speaking directly to your target audience.
Digest Data
Vanity metrics, like views, are nice, but not that useful. You’d be better served studying the first seconds of your audience retention curve and the impressions that the platform is sending your way.
Iterate, Iterate, Iterate
Your first batch of videos is not supposed to be the greatest collection of content that you’ll ever produce. Their job is to create insights that you can use to make the next batch even better.
